A heritage watch (also called a Rajwadi watch, jewellery watch or bracelet watch) is a working quartz timepiece set into a jewellery-grade bracelet — Meenakari-style enamel, kundan-inspired stones, pearls and ghungroo on antique gold or oxidised finish. New this season: oxidised watches from ₹2,499 and the Ranisa Rajwadi line (beaded, leafy, gold-mirror, kundan flower) at ₹3,499–₹3,999. We have a 14-day return policy on footwear only. That means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Jewellery, watches, handbags and clutches cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage on delivery. For damage claims, please share a clear unboxing video. Manufacturing defects are eligible for a full refund within 1 month of delivery.
