OUR STORY

Everything except the outfit — fashion jewellery, heritage watches, festive glares, clutches and footwear, designed in Mumbai for the Indian celebration calendar.

How It All Began

Cunei started with feet. One too many family weddings spent limping in gorgeous-but-brutal heels, and our founding family decided to build the pair that did not exist: footwear that survives a sangeet floor and still photographs well. That promise — style without suffering — built our first 50,000 customers.

Then the same women asked a fair question: you did the feet — what about the wrist, the ears, the face? So we went up the outfit. First the heritage Rajwadi watch — a jewellery-grade bracelet with a working quartz dial. Then fashion jewellery: kada bangles, heirloom bracelets, Kashmiri jhumkas, crystal sets. Then hand-embroidered clutches and festive glares. Today Cunei India is an accessory house: one COD box that finishes the whole look.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS - INDIA ONLY 

We have a 14-day return policy on footwear only. That means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Jewellery, watches, handbags and clutches cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage on delivery. For damage claims, please share a clear unboxing video. Manufacturing defects are eligible for a full refund within 1 month of delivery.

COD refunds are issued via UPI / Paytm / GPay / PhonePe. A nominal shipping cost (₹150–₹200 depending on location) may be deducted. Paid-order refunds go back to the original payment method; store vouchers may be offered if needed.

For all other countries, we have tied up with the best logistic partners like FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS and Aramex to provide you with the most reliable and efficient service.

  1. We accept all international credit and debit cards. Simply choose a credit card at the time of check out. This is the simplest way to complete your transaction.
  2. The payment gateway for international payments, Paytm is not accepted. 
  3. Orders shipped outside India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - INDIA 

We at CUNEI know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products as early as possible.  

  • Depending upon the pin code, the product is delivered within 3-5 workings days after it is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Free shipping is available on all the products.
  • In case, any pre-paid order is lost in transit then the entire amount will be refunded.
  • COD Orders: All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for order confirmation.
    ● Please note, two attempts will be made to confirm the COD order, if failed to answer the calls, the orders will marked be as canceled.
  • Our courier partner will contact you before delivering the product. In case you are not at the delivery address, three attempts will be made in order to deliver the product. Failing to receive or attend to the calls made will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse.
