A heritage watch (also called a Rajwadi watch, jewellery watch or bracelet watch) is a working quartz timepiece set into a jewellery-grade bracelet — Meenakari-style enamel colourwork, kundan-inspired stone settings, pearls and ghungroo danglers on an antique gold-tone finish. We have a 14-day return policy on footwear only. That means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Jewellery, watches, handbags and clutches cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage on delivery. For damage claims, please share a clear unboxing video. Manufacturing defects are eligible for a full refund within 1 month of delivery.

COD refunds are issued via UPI / Paytm / GPay / PhonePe. A nominal shipping cost (₹150–₹200 depending on location) may be deducted. Paid-order refunds go back to the original payment method; store vouchers may be offered if needed.
