  • Green Beaded Medallions: A gold-plated bracelet watch with a round white dial, and a green enamel medallion above and below it. Each medallion is edged in white seed beads and set with a clear teardrop stone.
  • Bolo Chain: The band is a gold box chain with a sliding bead and two ball ends, so it sits on the wrist like a bracelet.
  • Plain Dial: A round white quartz dial with black numerals. The colour and the beading are on the medallions, not on the face.
  • Gold-Plated Finish: The case, chain and medallion frames are gold-plated.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS - INDIA ONLY 

We have a 14-day return policy on footwear only. That means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Jewellery, watches, handbags and clutches cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage on delivery. For damage claims, please share a clear unboxing video. Manufacturing defects are eligible for a full refund within 1 month of delivery.

COD refunds are issued via UPI / Paytm / GPay / PhonePe. A nominal shipping cost (₹150–₹200 depending on location) may be deducted. Paid-order refunds go back to the original payment method; store vouchers may be offered if needed.

For all other countries, we have tied up with the best logistic partners like FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS and Aramex to provide you with the most reliable and efficient service.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - INDIA

  • In case, any pre-paid order is lost in transit then the entire amount will be refunded.
  • COD Orders: All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for order confirmation.
    ● Please note, two attempts will be made to confirm the COD order, if failed to answer the calls, the orders will marked be as canceled.
  • Our courier partner will contact you before delivering the product. In case you are not at the delivery address, three attempts will be made in order to deliver the product. Failing to receive or attend to the calls made will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse.
