Both red-and-green cuffs are open, gold-tone, and easy to confuse in a list. They are not the same drawing.
The floral one is flowers: red and green kundan blooms, pearls, and a centre that nods at a chandbali. The meenakari one is panels: some circles in red and green enamel, some in kundan, then small pearl and leaf drops hanging off them. If you want ornament that reads as enamel, take the meenakari. If you want flowers, take the floral.
