Both red-and-green cuffs are open, gold-tone, and easy to confuse in a list. They are not the same drawing.The floral one is flowers: red and green kundan blooms, pearls, and a centre that nods at a chandbali. The meenakari one is panels: some circles in red and green enamel, some in kundan, then small pearl and leaf drops hanging off them. If you want ornament that reads as enamel, take the meenakari. RETURNS AND REFUNDS - INDIA ONLY 

We have a 14-day return policy on footwear only. That means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Jewellery, watches, handbags and clutches cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage on delivery. For damage claims, please share a clear unboxing video. Manufacturing defects are eligible for a full refund within 1 month of delivery.

COD refunds are issued via UPI / Paytm / GPay / PhonePe. A nominal shipping cost (₹150–₹200 depending on location) may be deducted. Paid-order refunds go back to the original payment method; store vouchers may be offered if needed.

For all other countries, we have tied up with the best logistic partners like FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS and Aramex to provide you with the most reliable and efficient service. 

International Shipping: It will take 10-14 days for delivery post confirmation. Shipping outside India may be slightly delayed due to the ongoing Middle East war.

  3. Orders shipped outside India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - INDIA 

We at CUNEI know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products as early as possible.  

  • Shipping within India: Dispatch usually within 2-4 working days post confirmation.
  • Free shipping is available on all the products.
  • In case, any pre-paid order is lost in transit then the entire amount will be refunded.
  • COD Orders: All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for order confirmation.
    ● Please note, two attempts will be made to confirm the COD order, if failed to answer the calls, the orders will marked be as canceled.
  • Our courier partner will contact you before delivering the product. In case you are not at the delivery address, three attempts will be made in order to deliver the product. Failing to receive or attend to the calls made will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse.
